As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Partnership Tax Senior Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering strategic tax advisory and compliance services.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organizationoffering tremendous career growth potential.Job Title: Partnership Tax Senior ManagerJob Location: Dallas, TX (Preferred) / Houston, TX / Austin, TXOnsite/Hybrid: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite/client site)Key Skills:• Partnership Taxation (Subchapter K)• IRC 704(b) Capital Accounts• Tax Compliance & Consulting• Partnership Returns (K-1, Joint Ventures)• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)• Entity Structuring & Formation• US GAAP & Tax Accounting• Client Relationship Management• Team Leadership & Mentoring• Business DevelopmentRequired Skills:• Strong experience in partnership taxation, including Subchapter K and IRC 704(b)• Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns (K-1s, joint ventures, non-corporate entities)• Hands-on experience with tax compliance, consulting, and planning strategies• Solid understanding of US GAAP and tax accounting principles• Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading project execution• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail• Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred or Nice-to-have Skills:• Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A transactions• Prior experience in Big 4 or Top 15 public accounting firms• Experience handling clients with revenues ranging from $50M to $1B• Strong business development and client acquisition experience• Industry exposure across sectors such as Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, etc.Mandatory Requirements:• Active CPA (Texas license or ability to obtain reciprocity)• Minimum 10+ years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience• Prior experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting and industry• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.Contact Information:Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
