We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing

Target total compensation ranges from $209,000 - $222,000, including a fixed annual salary of $170,000 - $182,000 an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

As a Director of Growth Marketing you will play a critical role in accelerating business growth and strengthening our brand through high-impact, outcome-oriented marketing initiatives. This position is central to our marketing organization, blending product marketing, content strategy, and social distribution. You will drive measurable results by owning go-to-market execution, piloting new growth strategies, and leveraging AI tools to maximize speed and quality. Success in this role requires adaptability, structured performance tracking, and a strong ownership mindset.

About the role:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize the marketing-led GTM process for new product launches, ensuring adoption targets are achieved through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven performance tracking.
  • Own product positioning, launch strategy, and content distribution across sales enablement, and digital platforms
  • Leverage AI tools to capture, organize, and share marketing knowledge, building a scalable knowledge base that enables team learning and cross-functional enablement.
  • Drive key marketing program performance by monitoring and optimizing campaign incentives to maximize impact.
  • Lead pilot initiatives with strategic partners, coordinating case study development and managing campaign messaging to support business objectives.
  • Leverage external resources to support content creation, such as freelancers, contractors and AI automation, to accelerate content creation and social distribution
  • Prioritize high-impact projects, deprioritize vanity or low-value channels, and ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Mentor colleagues, establish best practices, and foster a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
