Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, you'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls and providing information on customer accounts as well as resolving customer concerns/issues.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Responsibilities list:

  • Processing new customer information
  • Updating/changing current customer account information
  • Documentation of calls.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Willing to work onsite at Harrisburg, PA
