ABOUT THE ROLE


Gap International, a global management consulting firm, is looking for a highly-skilled, passionate, creative, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing and Communications Lead. In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to support Gap International's brand and business growth. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create impactful marketing campaigns, manage communications, and ensure consistent messaging across various channels. As the Senior Marketing and Communications Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's image, growing its market presence, and driving engagement and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES 



  • Implement strategic marketing plans focused on growth and expansion

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives

  • Manage brand and corporate communications

  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners to support marketing initiative


 


QUALIFICATIONS



  • 8-15 years experience in a marketing or communications position

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred)

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and tailor communication to diverse audiences

  • Ability to work with designers to visualize and create breakthrough content supporting marketing and communications objectives

  • Experience managing brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Collaborative team player who can build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
