How You'll Make an Impact

• Create customized designs with a focus on safety and hazard control.
• Contribute to design reviews and verification processes, providing feedback and making necessary modifications.
• Optimize designs to meet updated standards and incorporate new products and functionalities.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and plans required by manufacturing.
• Design, analyze, and evaluate systems, products, or components with a high degree of technical expertise.
• Conduct economic studies and prepare specifications, proposals for contracts, licensing, and safety documents.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to shape and deliver design solutions.
• Support technology implementation with in-depth testing and analysis of design tool outputs.

Your Background

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience in product/system development or transformer design; or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in electrical design and proficiency in Creo/SolidWorks/3D CDS systems.
• Preferred experience in transformer design and large distribution transformers.
• Authorization to work in the US.
