Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll report to and assist the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate with our marketing department. You'll play an integral part in onboarding clients (insurance agents) and further supporting them in their marketing efforts through designing high quality materials while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:
Design print marketing collateral and digital assets for in-house and client projects
Create proofs of concept and final solutions for projects such as logos, direct mailers, and multi-page brochures
Collaborate with team members and communicate project status updates to managers
Conduct market research and understand target demographics
Problem solve and pitch creative ideas
Contribute to collecting and organizing files
Receive direction and feedback well
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in an internship or graphic design role
Portfolio of past work which clearly demonstrates creativity and professionalism
At least 2 years experience with design software and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite required, with an emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Canva, and Google/Microsoft suites
Attention to detail and respect for margins, spacing, and layout design
Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors
Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customers
Must be local to Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
Bachelor's degree in graphic design strongly preferred
Experience in purchasing marketing materials and products for clients (e.g. stationary, promotional items) preferred
