What you're responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with the Principal of Marketing to plan and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Partnering with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing objectives support key sales drivers.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns via email, social media, the website, and other channels.
  • Managing and maintaining digital assets to ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Using marketing tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to build, launch, and track campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Organizing and overseeing photography and videography for projects, events, and staff, including occasional travel to project sites.
  • Drafting and creating project case studies to be used on website, in pursuits and promoted across digital platforms.
  • Planning and executing high-quality regional events, conferences, sponsorships, and promotional efforts.
  • Writing and managing award submissions for projects and staff, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Supporting PR activities, including coordinating bylines, interviews, and agency engagement.
  • Providing internal communication support, including content creation for campaigns and presentations.
  • Tracking marketing schedules, campaigns, and reporting to ensure initiatives stay on target and deliver measurable results.
  • Maintaining and managing the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all regions.
  • Maintaining schedules, calendars, and reporting to ensure marketing activities remain on track and share achievements and insights with stakeholders.

Your experience & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Clear, confident writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in event management and coordinating photography and videography is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and business development strategies, and sales enablement.
  • Previous experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of budget management for marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to execute and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
