Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California to join our growing team of compassionate mental health professionals. Whether you thrive in trauma work, community mental health, or long-term psychotherapy, we welcome your unique clinical voice.
As a Remote LCSW, you’ll:
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via secure telehealth
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with our care team as needed for referrals, case reviews, or client needs
- Work with diverse populations across California, including underserved communities
- Create your own schedule—days, evenings, or weekends
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in California
- Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
- Strong cultural competency and a passion for equitable care
- Familiarity with trauma-informed, strengths-based, or evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, Zoom, TherapyNotes)
- Reliable internet connection and a private space to conduct sessions
