Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Personal Injury Trial Paralegal

Overview:Our client, a top-rated personal injury law firm in Miami Lakes, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join their on-site team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment on complex litigation and trial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support trial attorneys throughout the entire litigation and trial process.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Manage case schedules, track critical deadlines, and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial materials.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, court filings, and correspondence.
  • Arrange for witnesses, issue subpoenas, and assist with witness preparation.
  • Prepare trial exhibits, notebooks, and materials; provide in-court support by managing exhibits and taking notes.
  • Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure cases proceed smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: Not specified
  • Experiences:
    • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (required).
    • Experience in personal injury law (required; 1 year of PI experience is a deal breaker).
  • Other:
    • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
    • High level of professionalism and a strong client service focus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 Per Year
