Role
Varsity Mulching is hiring motivated individuals with at least one year of landscaping experience to join our team as Crew Leaders for our mulching and landscaping projects. Ideal candidates will also have foreman or team leadership experience. This role requires managing crews and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
The role will run from Mid-March 2025 through June 2025, making it ideal for those looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity. Responsibilities
- Manage the transportation of equipment to and from job sites using the company truck.
- Lead and supervise a small team on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Be the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing questions and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time while fostering teamwork and positive morale.
- Provide updates to management on project progress and client feedback.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic

- High character—reliable, honest, and committed to doing the right thing
- At least 1 year of landscaping experience
- Foreman or team leadership experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to transport equipment to job sites

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
