Physical Therapist (PT) Job Duties include: *

• Perform care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Car
• Monitor the patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Counsels the client and family in related needs
• Supervise PTA's

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas
• Current CPR
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Reliable car/auto insurance
• Clean background and criminal record
