A DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO FILL THIS POSITION
Personnel Security Specialist, Washington DC
Skills & Abilities:
- Possess thorough knowledge of NBIS, FieldPrint, eApp, SWFT and live scan processing and security databases.
- Provide administrative support to other Personnel Security Specialists in completing actions in support of the Personnel Security mission.
- Processes new employee security clearances
- Tracks security clearance investigations and performs administrative support functions, including DISS, NBIS, and E-APP
- Badging of new employees including CAC and Corporate Badges
- Oversee and assist with coordination of closeout for all classified projects.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of personnel security experience as Field Security Officer.
- Option to work remote per approval from Contracts Officer
Education:
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Associates degree (preferred)
