Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC)
We’re hiring experienced therapists for full-time positions across New York. Join a growing behavioral health group committed to simplifying care and improving outcomes through thoughtful, consistent therapy services.
Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Pay Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually + robust benefits
Role Description:
- Complete evaluations and develop care plans
- Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions
- Collaborate with clinical partners
- Stay updated on treatment approaches and best practices
- Maintain detailed and timely records
Requirements
- NY state license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Comfortable with EHRs and video-based care
