The College seeks to attract culturally and academically diverse faculty of the highest caliber. To build a diverse workforce, the college encourages applications from individuals with disabilities, minorities, veterans and women.

The ideal candidate will have earned a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics or Statistics or a closely related field with significant graduate work in these disciplines. Demonstration of potential for outstanding teaching ability, written and oral communication skills, as well as a commitment to demanding high quality student work are expected. Candidates should also demonstrate: the ability to work collegially as well as independently; excellent leadership and organizational skills; and a willingness to keep abreast of developments in Mathematics and Statistics. All areas of expertise in the discipline will be considered.
