Job Description

Hanagan Landscaping is a full-service landscape company based out of Northeast Philadelphia. Our services include landscaping & hardscaping, lawn care and snow removal for both residential and commercial properties in the Northeast Philadelphia, Montgomery County and Bucks County areas. We are a growing company that is excited about expanding our leadership team to include a Landscaping Manager to lead and develop our amazing crews! This role provides an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to coach team members, develop processes and implement change to ensure efficient, high-quality results in an outstanding, collaborative work environment. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business as a key leadership team member. Our Landscaping Manager offers a base salary of $80,000-$90,000, paid vacation, paid holidays, a company vehicle, educational and training opportunities.

Requirements for Landscaping Manager:

  • 5+ years of landscaping experience in maintenance and installation projects
  • 3+ years of leadership experience at the supervisor or manager level, including leading multiple crews
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus  

Responsibilities for Landscaping Manager include:

  • Collaborating with the Owner to develop and implement plans and processes to meet company objectives
  • Organizing and managing the crews to ensure efficient and profitable completion of client work
  • Coaching, developing and managing the team members to achieve goals and create a positive work environment
  • Managing day-to-day activities of the crew members on residential landscape maintenance contracts, installation and enhancement projects, and coordinating snow events at commercial properties
