POSITION OVERVIEW:
Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as a Landscape Construction Project Manager and be part of our team dedicated to transforming high-end residential properties into extraordinary outdoor spaces. As a pivotal leader, you will oversee all phases of the design/build process, coordinate construction crews and subcontractors, and ensure meticulous project execution. Your role includes fostering strong client relationships, managing project finances, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing leadership to ensure team success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Oversight:
- Manage all aspects and phases of the design/build process, from initial concept through project completion.
- Coordinate and schedule multiple construction crews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Supervise subcontractors and manage crew performance to maintain high-quality standards.
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and construction team, ensuring clear communication and a seamless project experience.
- Foster a collaborative partnership with clients, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide clients with regular project updates and ensure their vision and expectations are met.
- Construction Management:
- Oversee the execution of landscape masonry, lighting, grading and drainage, irrigation, carpentry structures, and plant and hardscape design.
- Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring timely arrival and proper storage.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project resources are aligned and efficiently utilized.
- Financial Oversight:
- Verify and corroborate monthly billings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and advance the collection effort to maintain financial control.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure the construction of landscapes adheres to exceptional quality standards and mechanical integrity.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work meets design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or deficiencies.
- Team Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform effectively.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team promptly to maintain a positive working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of landscape construction experience or building manager construction experience.
- Experience managing teams and high-level projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software - Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with employees and management in a team environment.

Position Range:
$94,400 - $122,000
