Principal Product Manager (Endpoint Management)

What You Will Be Doing

• Product Vision & Strategy:
  Define, refine, and champion the product vision and roadmap for MetaDefender Endpoint (OPSWAT Client), ensuring alignment with overall business goals and evolving market conditions.
• Market & Competitive Analysis:
  Stay ahead of emerging trends, assess competitive products, and identify customer needs to inform feature prioritization and product positioning.
• User-Centered Development:
  Advocate for the end user by gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, and driving continuous improvements in product usability, functionality, and satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases and seamless integration into the broader product portfolio.
• Performance Tracking:
  Establish clear KPIs, monitor product performance, and leverage insights to guide future enhancements and refinements.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Clearly articulate product updates, strategy, and results to internal teams, executive leadership, and external customers, fostering alignment and enthusiasm.

 What We Need From You

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Professional Experience:
  3+ years in product management, ideally within cybersecurity or software sectors.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, data protection, threat prevention, and endpoint security best practices.
• Track Record of Success:
  Proven experience managing products from concept through launch, with demonstrable results in user adoption, revenue growth, or market penetration.
• Analytical & Decisive:
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
• Collaborative Communication:
  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar frameworks is a plus.
