Job Description

Catalyst is seeking Targeters for multiple open positions. To be considered, you must have an active    TS/SCI with Polygraph.  Targeters are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. Targeters will research, analyze, and brief network analysis techniques and specialized tools used to identify key threats to the U.S. They must be able to identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps.  Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a position level from 1-5 based on their experience and customer feedback after assessment

 Required Skills:
  • Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise on a particular geographic region or transnational target, with an understanding of associated challenges and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, often under pressure and tight deadlines. 
  • Proven ability to network, problem-solve, and effectively communicate in both oral and written formats.
  • Proficiency in cable writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
  • For senior and expert roles: Ability to adapt to evolving analytical priorities, ensure work quality, and provide mentorship & guidance to junior and mid-level analysts. May supervise lower-level analysts.

  • Bachelor’s degree
