Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior GTM Systems AI Developer to build and deploy next-generation AI and Agentic solutions across Klaviyo's GTM Systems. This role will focus on implementing improved seller experience, AI-powered automations, integrating agent frameworks, and ensuring robust, reliable delivery of intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows under the guidance of the AI Systems Architect.
Build integrations between AI platforms (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex) and existing GTM Systems.
Implement data validation, error handling, monitoring, and logging within agent workflows.
Collaborate with the Data Specialist to ensure data availability, quality, and alignment with workflow needs.
Optimize and fine-tune AI models and prompts for task accuracy and performance.
Support proof-of-concept development and iterate quickly based on feedback.
Document designs, code, and integration patterns; contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a developer, software engineer, or automation engineer.
Hands on experience with Google Cloud, AWS and other public cloud
Hands on experience in optimizing seller experience leveraging AI technologies
Hands-on experience building integrations, automations, or AI/ML-powered solutions.
Familiarity with Gen AI technologies, LLMs, and agent frameworks; experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or AWS is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
Strong grasp of API development, REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills; eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging technologies.
