Web Optimization Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, lead generation funnels, and on-site assets (CTAs, forms, images, copy).
• Use heatmaps, recordings, and analytics to identify friction points, drop-offs, and UX bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary site auditor and webmaster—ensuring content and architecture meet standards for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, marketing) to improve the full user journey.
• Execute site updates, migrations, and funnel enhancements within CMS platforms.
• Contribute to persona and journey mapping initiatives using user feedback and analytics.
• Provide weekly and monthly website and conversion rate performance reporting.

• Optimizely
• Google Forms / Surveys
• CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, Squarespace)
• GA4 & Google Tag Manager

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in web optimization, CRO, or UX testing.
• Experience running tests in Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize is preferred.
• Working knowledge of web performance diagnostics, CMS publishing, and mobile-first design standards.
• Basic HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus.
• Strong analytical reporting and documentation skills.

This is a salaried, exempt position. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
