Vibration Technician

We are seeking a Vibration Technician in our Taylor, MI location.
On the job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product.
- Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems.
- Perform field balancing as required.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis.

What We Need from You:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associate's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Certified in vibration analysis. Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred.
- Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, precision measure devices and knowledge of bearing assemblies.
- Knowledge of servo spindle drives is considered a plus.
- Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment.
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective communication skills (oral / written)
- No lifting restrictions
