About The Apprenticeship Program
Our 1-year program, which will commence in July 2025, is designed to provide individuals who have a two-year associate degree (or will receive an associate degree by June 2025) with alternative pathways to a rewarding career.
Apprentices are assigned to a team and manager for the duration of the apprenticeship and participate in project-based work while receiving on-the-job training that supports professional growth and development. Apprentices will work closely with our specialized team of sales professionals, who create a competitive advantage through the depth and breadth of our distribution network, tailored delivery of our broad suite of solutions, and our long history of partnership.
Apprentices who successfully complete the program will be encouraged to apply for open roles within the Financial Distributors team.

Opportunities on the Life Insurance Team
The Life Insurance Apprentice position is critical to achieving performance goals of third-party vendors utilized during the lifecycle of a Life Insurance policy. This role is a great entry point into Corebridge and is on a path leading to broader Analyst and Project Management roles in the organization.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis, generate reports/dashboards/presentations to help managers make strategic and effective business decisions.
- Provide problem resolution for any service-related issues brought to the team daily by internal and external customers.
- Support Program and Project Managers when resources are needed.
- Assist with development, distribution and maintenance of communications regarding operational policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
Required:
- Completing an associate's degree, to be received no later than June 2025
- Be Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work in Corebridge Financial's Houston, Texas office
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical, quantitative, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment to learning new skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams
- Attention to detail
