Our company is seeking a highly motivated, competitive individual to join our sales team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit, with a desire to succeed in a sales career.
Responsibilities:
· Educate customers on all services offered, exercising exceptional product knowledge.
· Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
· Maintaining a great attitude and team player mentality.
· Comply with policies and procedures, such as scheduling and dress code guidelines.
Benefits:
· Hourly Pay rate: $17 - $21.
· Weekly pay - Commission/bonuses.
· Full time (flexible schedules).
· Travel opportunities.
· Training and Growth opportunities.
· Paid Training.
Qualifications:
· Age 18 years or older.
· Reliable transportation.
· Previous customer service preferred but NOT NECESSARY.
· Weekend availability.
· Clean background check upon hire.
