Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience working in a corporate legal or compliance department and/or law firm (big law firm experience a plus) with compliance, data privacy and investigations experience required. Litigation and/or corporate experience a plus.
- Strong research, legal analysis and communication skills.
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret various state laws and regulations and effectively communicate highly complex information.
- Experience leading and/or directing the work of other employees.
- Must be proactive, responsive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Travel up to 10%, as needed

Salary Range: $220,000 to $260,000
Annual Bonus Potential: 25%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
