Position: Certified Nursing Assistant
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM & 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $23.50

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The CNA will provide essential daily care to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to care for others, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to the nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized resident environment, including making beds and changing linens.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Answer call lights promptly and address resident needs.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Document care provided as directed.
• Qualifications:
• Current and valid CNA certification in PA.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform required duties, including lifting and transferring residents.
