Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 - $950 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office by handling various administrative tasks. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Preparing and managing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining and organizing filing systems both electronically and physically
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Providing support to team members with administrative tasks
- Managing office supplies inventory and ordering as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
