Primary Responsibilities
- Work with the engineering and logistics staff to ensure that customer commitments are met.
- Perform a variety warehouse and equipment maintenance tasks
- Pull and check out rental orders
- Clean and put away rental returns
- Maintain accurate logs and records of inventory, equipment maintenance and mandatory safety training
- Oversees rental timelines and retrieval of overdue equipment
- Communicate across the Helical division inventory of equipment and current issues
- Trailer maintenance
- Develop a process for maintenance of testing equipment.
- Make and maintain shipping crates
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Excellent mechanical repair skills
- Welding and cutting experience
- Knowledge and experience operating a variety of heavy, power-driven equipment (forklift and excavator)
- Knowledge and experience with hydraulic equipment maintenance a plus
- Computer skills, basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- Willing to get dirty
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically able to access equipment by kneeling
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs. plus
- Detail oriented, extreme level of organization and attention to detail
