🌟 What You'll Do: 

  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage work orders
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into booked jobs
  • Assist in coordinating the daily schedules of field technicians
  • Maintain accurate records in our dispatching and CRM system
  • Provide top-notch customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Support office organization, billing, and light bookkeeping tasks


💡 What We're Looking For:
 
  • Proven experience in office administration and customer-facing sales
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Confidence using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • A self-starter with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Bonus: Experience in home services, construction, or dispatching
