  7. Client Acquisition: Contribute to client acquisition efforts by effectively presenting Leap Brands' capabilities and building lasting client relationships.

  8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of ethical recruitment.

  9. Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the recruitment team, fostering continuous learning and growth.

  10. Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive reporting on recruitment metrics, team performance, and client satisfaction to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager in a dynamic agency setting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
