Client Acquisition: Contribute to client acquisition efforts by effectively presenting Leap Brands' capabilities and building lasting client relationships.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of ethical recruitment.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the recruitment team, fostering continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager in a dynamic agency setting.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
