Compensation
- Hourly Base: $16.50 to $40.00* depending on experience and performance.
- Uncapped Commissions: Based on your closed sales – the more you sell, the more you earn.
- Bonuses: Retention and annual bonuses based on personal or team performance.
- Typical earnings: Experienced consultants average $3,800–$7,000/month.
What You’ll Do
- Build lasting relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs.
- Use a consultative sales approach, ask questions, listen well, and provide smart solutions.
- Stay up to date on inventory, features, and financing options.
- Provide high-quality vehicle demonstrations and walkarounds.
- Follow up with prospects and past customers to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with managers and teammates to hit store goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Great energy, positive attitude, and a drive to learn and improve.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A polished, professional appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability by employer’s carrier.

*The Salesperson - Retail Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.50 and $40.00 The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a retention bonus and/or a annual bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any xed upper limit.
