Job Description

Are you driven, curious, and ready to accelerate your career in tech sales? InvoiceCloud is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth engine. As the first point of contact for future customers, you'll play a vital role in building pipeline and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging

  • Execute targeted account-based strategies in partnership with Marketing and Sales

  • Quickly understand a prospect's business challenges and articulate how InvoiceCloud can solve them

  • Deliver concise, compelling pitches that highlight our unique value proposition

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through creative, persistent outreach and discovery

  • Track and analyze key activities and metrics in Salesforce to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified opportunities

  • Exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting goals

What You Bring

  • 1+ years in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, ideally in B2B or SaaS

  • A competitive mindset with a team-first attitude

  • Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and storytelling

  • Natural curiosity and the ability to learn fast

  • Coachability and a hunger to improve every day

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Experience navigating gatekeepers and quickly building rapport
