Do you love talking to people? Do you enjoy hard work, puzzles, and problem solving? If so, you can help Ryan Lawn and Tree put the pieces together! Our Customer Service Representative/Admin position combines a fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellent customer care.
What does a Customer Service Representative do?
- Provide accurate, friendly, and responsive service to customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Maintains a working knowledge of products, services and policies within the business to serve as an internal information source
- Accurately document interactions and enter information into the customer database and process payment as needed.
- Ability to multitask
- Effectively communicate with multiple departments and branches to ensure each customer's needs are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Adaptability: Effectively manages and supports changes to processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, high school education or equivalent required
- Salesforce, Quickbooks, Netsuite experience helpful
- Friendly and resolution focused interpersonal skills
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Technical aptitude
- Experience navigating various business systems to support customer inquiries
- Openness to additional responsibilities
