How You Can Make a Difference:

As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless dining experience for our guests. From greeting and seating guests to taking orders and delivering food and beverages, you ensure our hospitality standards are consistently met with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Hospitality: Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome.

• Order Accuracy: Take food and beverage orders clearly and enter them into the POS system.

• Efficient Service: Deliver food and drinks in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

• Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and hosting areas.

• Team Support: Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

• Menu Knowledge & Upselling: Know the menu and promotions to guide guests and enhance their experience.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for serving guests and creating memorable experiences

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to stay upbeat in a high-energy environment

• Dependability and a team-first attitude

• Previous restaurant or host/server experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment

• Excellent customer service skills and English communication abilities

• Able to prioritize and manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and guest needs

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math

• Must pass the Federal Criminal History Records check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable Department of Transportation requirements

• ServSafe certification may be required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties involving standing, bending, reaching, walking long distances, and exposure to temperature variations
