We are growing and expanding our leadership team, offering an opportunity for an experienced Landscaping Operations Manager to become a vital part of Goodin Lawncare! Our Landscaping Operations Manager is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to coach team members, enhance operational processes and drive innovation while ensuring efficient, high-quality results in a positive and dynamic work culture. Responsibilities for our Landscaping Operations Manager:

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Owner to develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Daily Team Management: Organize and manage the workload and crews to ensure efficient and profitable execution of our work.
• Team Coaching and Development: Coaches, manages, and develops the team members to achieve goals and create a positive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensures client properties are maintained to Goodin Lawncare's high standards of excellence.
• Fleet Management: Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained and ready for work.

Requirements for our Landscaping Manager: 

• 5+ years of landscaping experience, including maintenance and installation;
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing multiple crews;
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred:
• Motivated and energetic self-starter.
