Job Description
Plumbing Careers at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing offer paid holidays and vacations, uniforms, 401K and company vehicles. Shifts are Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm and looking to offer Tues-Sat shifts as well as exploring 4 ten hour days in lieu of 5 eight hour days.
PAYSCALE: Based on experience starting pay is $15/hr, increases to $17.50/hr after 90 days of satisfactory performance, increases $1.00/hr every 6 months until you reach $20/hr.

JOB SUMMARY
Apprentice Plumbers will be helping Journeyman Plumbers servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems for clients.
JOB DUTIES
- Learn how to utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
- Wear floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area
- Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
- Learn how to explain services performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed.
- Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All applicable licensing required
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
