Pay: $70-$75/hr + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

What You'll Do:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident progress and outcomes
Document services accurately and timely to ensure compliance
Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and home exercise programs
What We're Looking For:
️ Active California PT license
️ Strong clinical and communication skills
️ A team-oriented mindset and a heart for working with seniors
️ Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred but not required
