Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 7 years of construction project management or superintendent experience required.
- Experience in healthcare and/or commercial construction highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards (NFPA, OSHA, FGI, IBC, etc.).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project demands.
