Who We Are:
At ServiceMaster Restore, we help families and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm disasters. As a leader in the restoration industry, we're expanding and looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to grow our business through strong relationships and fast action during times of need.
Your Mission:
As our Restoration Sales Rep, you'll be the go-to connection between our company and key partners-insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, realtors, and more. You'll keep our name top-of-mind before disaster strikes and help guide clients through the process when it does.
What You'll Do:
- Build, maintain, and grow referral relationships in your territory
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business
- Attend networking events, lunches, CE classes, and trade shows to represent our brand
- Participate in job file reviews and support collections if needed
- Maintain accurate activity logs and reporting
- Occasionally assist customers on-site immediately following a loss

What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of sales, business development, or relationship-building experience preferred
- 1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property services highly desired
- Confident, outgoing personality - someone who can walk into a room and own it
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Organized, self-motivated, and tech-friendly (CRM, social media, etc.)
- IICRC certifications or restoration knowledge a plus
Travel & Flexibility:
- Local and regional travel required
- Occasional after-hours networking, emergency site visits, or trade events
️ Physical Requirements:
Mostly office and in-the-field networking. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and operate in varying indoor conditions.
