What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to seniors, primarily those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia

  • Support activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance

  • Encourage meaningful engagement and memory-boosting activities

  • Document care and communicate changes in client status

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for clients and their families

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Maryland CNA license

  • At least 6 months of experience caring for individuals with dementia (required)

  • Excellent communication skills and a genuinely caring attitude

  • Dependability, reliability, and professionalism

  • Access to reliable transportation
