Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Dedicated administrative support for the Project Managers in Restoration and Contents Cleaning.
- Administrative support in such areas as:
Assist Claims Administrator
-
- Insurance requests.
-
- Process initial project information and other pertinent project information.

- Note files
-
- Process project warranties, job closeout files, etc.

- And other duties as assigned by your manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 0 - 2 years of experience within the construction / trades industry.
- Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent follow through and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Pay range: $12 -$16 per hour based on experience
Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
