What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an Electrical Department Manager with experience leading a high performing team. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team that excels at providing 5 star service to their residential customers, and consistently exceeding goals. Essential Functions
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable your team including 1:1s, team meetings, coaching, etc.
- Consistent involvement in Mainstream sponsored & team building activities.
- Track technician interactions and performance; deliver unique coaching per tech.
- Available 24/7 for phone coaching.
- Work with dispatch to make sure the right technician goes to the right job timely.
- Meet weekly with the dispatch team to review team schedule, specific technician needs & review scorecards for areas to surpass goal.
- Consistently provide service and sales performance support to the techs via ride alongs, site visits, and coaching calls.
- Always represent, deliver and train the Mainstream brand and experience.
- Understand and enforce service titan processes.
- Work with Mainstream leaders to develop new motivations in line with company vision.
- Teach safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
- Oversee customer issue resolution: including site visits, oversight of repairs, phone call follow up, hand off to Finance for insurance involvement.
Skills & Abilities
Education: High school graduate or equivalent: required.
Experience: At least 3 years in a residential and commercial service setting. Previous management experience preferred.
Computer Skills: proficient using mobile devices, Service Titan (or similar service software) & Microsoft Office applications.
