Description

A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Post-Doc Coordinator on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position serves as the primary liaison for all incoming and prospective orthodontic residents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist orthodontic faculty with recruitment, screening, and enrollment of residents.
• Assist the orthodontic clinical & educational directors with coordinating the curriculum for the resident orientation.
• Monitor resident progress for program completion and certification.
• Prepare and submit vendor payment purchase order (PO) requests for non-clinical consumable items.
• Coordinate internal referrals between orthodontic and other ASDOH clinics.
• Record and track orthodontic residents' time off for medical, CE, and vacation, and report to the ATSU registrar.
• Track and report all resident clinic incidents and exposures.

Requirements

• Some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed, takes initiative, diplomatic, organized, discerning, calm, and not prone to panic; adaptable, motivated, able to switch tasks, and an independent thinker with problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
