Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Analyst to support our Loyalty & Retention Marketing team. In this role, you will help coordinate and execute loyalty campaigns, manage campaign logistics, and ensure smooth communication across teams. You'll play a key part in maintaining the quality and consistency of our loyalty program communications and supporting the broader marketing team in delivering a seamless customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of marketing experience who is eager to grow their skills in loyalty, CRM, and campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across teams.

  • Keep stakeholders informed of campaign updates, changes, and key details.

  • Monitor loyalty customer communications (e.g., emails, push notifications, SMS) for bugs, errors, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support the planning and execution of loyalty campaigns across marketing channels.

  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and customer experience.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support loyalty and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or campaign coordination.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience in email marketing and developing segmented audience strategies.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Passion for customer-centric marketing and a deep understanding of the consumer journey.

  • Experience with loyalty or membership programs is a plus.
