Job Description
A Customer Support Assistant is a vital member of our service team, responsible for ensuring that our clients receive prompt, professional, and personalized assistance. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, helping resolve issues and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and courteous manner

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained

Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and identify service improvement opportunities

Assist in the development and improvement of customer service procedures and documentation
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools
