Non-Commercial Sales Manager
We invite you to lead a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives, where our customers' potential is personal.
As a Non-Commercial Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:
Leading People
Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders
Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions
Developing Business Plans
Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives
Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance
Engage with the Industry
- Visit key existing and future customers
As a Non-Commercial Sales Manager, you'll learn:
How to lead following the Servant Leadership model/framework
How to Participate in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows, and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers, segments, or associations
Position Requirements:
Four or more years previous sales or business experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models
Ability to work evening and weekend hours
