We have an amazing opportunity for seasoned CDL-A drivers looking for a regional route that offers great earning potential and reliable home time! You'll be hauling dedicated regional freight with weekly 34-hour resets, and the best part? It's all no-touch freight. This is truly a driver's dream, providing predictable miles, competitive pay, and solid support.

Job Highlights:

- Home Time: Enjoy weekly 34-hour resets
- Regionalized Freight: Routes centered in the Midwest for a balanced work-life experience
- Average Weekly Miles: Around 2,000 (depending on hours of service and availability)
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,200 gross
- Length of Haul: 300 miles
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload)

Equipment & Support:

- Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths (2021 or newer)
- Benefit from 24/7 operations support for your peace of mind

Qualifications:

- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (regional or OTR preferred)
- No major violations or preventable accidents in the last year
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication skills, trip planning abilities, and safety awareness
- Must adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Vacation Package:

- 1 year = 1 week
- 3 years = 2 weeks
- 7 years = 3 weeks
- 15 years = 4 weeks

Pay & Bonuses:

- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour

- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, another $500 after 30 days (must be seated and active)

- Performance Bonus: Earn up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (starting the first of the month after hire)

You need to be an active company driver on the payout day.
