Location: FastTrax Entertainment – Fort Myers, FL
Department: Food & Beverage – Kitchen
Reports To: Lead Cook/Kitchen Manager
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time


Overview:
Cooks at FastTrax are responsible for preparing high-quality meals quickly and consistently to serve guests enjoying our attractions. This is a fast-paced role where precision, cleanliness, and speed are key to keeping our kitchen running and our guests satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes and plating guidelines
  • Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, safe cooking environment
  • Ensure all food is cooked to correct temperatures and meets quality standards
  • Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and maintaining organized storage
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and expo teams
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Support special events and high-volume service periods
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
