Ready to join in? We are looking for a full-time Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist to oversee the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic located in Oak Brook, IL. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Directs, supervises, and coordinates activities of clinic location to ensure consistency across the PT sites.
  • Assists in the selection, employment, professional development and management of clinic employees.
  • Reviews and interprets operational problems/policies. Resolves problems and recommends changes.
  • Resolves problems related to utilization of facilities, equipment, supplies and staff.
  • Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
  • Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
  • Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
  • Provides exceptional patient care and service.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
  • Develops and implements short and long term work plans and objectives for facility.
  • Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics.
  • Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
  • Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.
  • Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
  • Markets the facility and services to increase patient volumes and community awareness.
  • Stays abreast of and complies with all state and federal laws including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA.
  • Performs duties of co-workers and subordinates as workload dictates.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license.
  • Current CPR Certified.
  • At least one year of Outpatient Orthopedic Management experience preferred.
  • At least three years of Outpatient Orthopedic experience, required.

Pay Range: $ 95,000 - $125,000 annualized. Pay is dependent on the applicant’s relevant experience.
