Reliability And Test Engineer (M/W/D)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify high-risk failure modes early in design life cycle.
• Identify sub-components that should be subject to endurance and fatigue testing (Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)
• Collaborate with design engineering and architecture teams to reduce risk.
• Develop and perform laboratory tests for endurance and fatigue testing.
• Develop and perform Design Verification Tests (DVT)
• Support failure analysis, post sales product engineering, modeling/predicting of abnormal condition failure exposure, answer pre-sales reliability metrics like MTTR, MTBF, etc.
• Understands the "designed for Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability" attitude.
• Assist engineering and manufacturing teams with DFMEAs, PFMEA, Supplier Reliability, etc.
• Familiarity with electronics circuit design and System design.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in electronic circuit design and system development and manufacture.
• Data-driven approach with deep analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to complete tests and resolve problems in an unattended manner (self-starter)
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
