Licensed Physical Therapist – Empower Seniors in Princeton, NJ
Make a real difference every day as a Physical Therapist in a respected Assisted Living Facility in Princeton, NJ. You’ll help residents regain strength, improve mobility, and maintain their independence with individualized treatment plans in a structured and supportive setting.
Position Snapshot:
- Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year + full benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver personalized therapy programs to meet patient needs.
- Focus on functional outcomes to restore movement and reduce pain.
- Design routines to improve strength, balance, and coordination.
- Track progress and adjust plans to optimize recovery.
- Promote active participation from each resident in their rehab journey.
Requirements
- PT degree (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited school.
- Valid NJ PT license in current standing.
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience preferred; open to new grads.
- Strong foundation in manual therapy and patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of EMR systems like WebPT is a bonus.
